Academics
Our girls benefit from challenging courses, in a small classroom environment lead by passionate and talented teachers. Our students are enriched by the holistic educational environment created by the cross-curricula efforts of their faculty & staff.

Faith & Service
Mercy is committed to creating an environment where students can explore their faith. Spirituality and Justice are fundamental to a Mercy Education and are experienced through personal prayer, communal liturgies and service and immersion trips.
Campus Life
1/3 of all students participate in some form of leadership. 90% of Mercy Girls are involved in at least one extra-curricular activity. Through student government, one of our 22 clubs or an educational travel opportunities, Mercy produces leaders in action.
Athletics
70% of all students participate in at least one of our 24 teams from 14 sports. Mercy Athletics is committed to creating a student-centered environment where the student athletes are focused pride, commitment, leadership, sportsmanship and respect.

Shadow Days

Spending a Shadow Day is the best way for you to experience Mercy High School! All applicants are required to participate in a Shadow Day in order to be considered for admission.

When you shadow, you will have the opportunity to tour our 38-acre campus, attend classes, meet teachers and coaches, enjoy a delicious, complimentary lunch, and experience the Mercy sisterhood firsthand.

Shadow Day FAQs

How do I schedule a Shadow Day?

What will my day be like?

• Arrive between 8:50 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Meet us in the Reception Room of the Kohl Mansion, the main school building for Mercy. You will be introduced to your Student Ambassador guide and proceed to class.

• 9:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Visit two classes, meet teachers and students, learn about Mercy on your campus tour and have lunch on us!

• 1:15 p.m. Day complete! Your guide will bring you back to the Reception Room where your parent/guardian can meet you.
