领导 Development and Education

Mercy高中 领导 Development and Education 程序 supports Mercy 学生 in gaining practical experience in critical areas of 领导. 学生s will gain 领导 experience and education that will in turn support the development of their authentic voices and 领导 styles.

The LEAD 通路 程序 will equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate external barriers and to attain 领导 roles. 学生s will reflect on their personal 领导 styles as they gain confidence and self-esteem. The program will offer our young women a solid framework of theoretical knowledge in the principles of 领导 and practical skills that will amplify their 领导 potential. 除了, 学生 will be able to gain insight into their core values and 领导 potentials while advancing their personal and professional development.

Overview of 程序 Requirements

  • Completion of 50 hours of 领导 development and involvement

    • 领导 Development Training/Modules - 20 hours (10 hours per semester) 

    • Organizational/Group 领导 - 20 hours (10 hours per semester)

    • 程序 Meetings and Culmination - 10 hours

  • 程序 participants are required to practice action-oriented 领导 within an organization, 俱乐部, 团队, or faith-based group as part of the 领导 Education and Development 通路 程序

  • Attendance at 通路 Speakers Series

  • Maintain a meaningful relationship with 通路 mentor

  • Completion of Capstone Culmination Project
